Terms and Conditions:


GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING USE OF THE INFLATABLEUNIT:

A. Only compatible age groups and size shall play on the Inflatable unit at the same time. The maximum number of riders
of each group that should play in the Inflatable unit at one time is:

B. All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in the Inflatable unit.
C. To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
D. CHILDREN'S SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU. YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE OF THE INFLATABLE UNIT, THE SAFETY OF ALL RIDERS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
E. Absolutely no "Silly String", gum, candy, food, drinks, animals, shoes, sharp objects or other sticky substances is allowed in the Inflatable unit. If upon pick up, such cleaning is required then a $30.00-$50.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed.
F. DO NOT MOVE the Inflatable unit from the place where it was installed. Rental units that are set up on hard surfaces such as concrete or asphalt must be closely watched to prevent their moving. If the Inflatable unit moves, pull the corner back to its original location of installation. If the equipment moves off the provided tarp, damage or staining may occur on the bottom of the unit. CAUTION: Keep the Inflatable unit away from swimming pools.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

The inflatable unit's equipment is reliable. Should the Inflatable unit begin to deflate?

(1) The motor may have stopped, in which case, check the cord connection at the outlet near the motor, and (stronger outlets are in the kitchen and laundry room).
(2) If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both tubes at the back of the Inflatable unit for snugness; re-tie if necessary.

13. NEGLIGENCE OR ABUSE: Lessee agrees to be responsible for ANY damage to Inflatable rental equipment, if damage isincurred while the equipment is in the possession of the Lessee. Damage fees vary

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please call us one week ahead of time. This will allow us to rent the inflatable out to someone else. If you decide to cancel your order once the driver has arrived at your door or are already on the way, there will be a $30 delivery charge.

Rain

If it is raining on the day of the event, we will not delivery your inflatable. We will call you in the morning and cancel your order. If it is a cloudy day and there is a slight chance of rain, we will call you in the morning of the event before the driver leaves the warehouse. At that time you can keep your order or cancel it. If you give us the go ahead, we will deliver the inflatable and set it up. If it starts raining, there will be NO REFUNDS.
Reason: The two main reasons we do not deliver on rainy days is that first, it is not safe for kids. Second, when the inflatable unit gets wet it is very hard to clean and dry it. It costs us more money (to dry the unit) than what we charge to rent the unit out. So common sense says if you are renting it out for $70 and it is costing you $100, if it stays under the rain, then do not rent it out. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but it is out of our hands.

Delivery/Setup

The driver will set the unit up wherever you like. If the driver feels it is not a good or safe place to set up the unit then he will not set up there mainly because there might be objects around it that will damage the inflatable. It is the driver’s responsibility to set up the inflatable and pick it back up. It is also the driver’s responsibility to make sure the inflatable unit is properly set-up and staked down. Before signing your rental agreement please make sure to inspect the unit. Check to see if the inflated unit is the unit you requested, is it properly setup, and if there are any damages on the unit.
To the street address specified above by Lessee (Customer). Lessee grants Lessor right to enter the property at the said street address for the delivery and subsequent pick up of the Inflatable unit at the specified time. Please allow for a 3-hour window for pick up of equipment. Customer is responsible for all equipment until our driver picks it up.

Damage
We do not offer damage insurance. We have not had a problem in the past years where an inflatable was damaged by the customer. Normally nothing will happen to the inflatable if the unit is properly set up by the driver. If you damage the inflatable, whether intentionally or by accident, we will advice you of how much repair costs are and you will need to pay for it.

Reliability
when you place an order we will deliver your order as requested. Your order will not be lost or cancelled without your knowing. Someone from our office will call you to confirm your order on either Thursday or Friday of the week of your rental date.
