All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in the Inflatable unit.  To avoid neck and back injuries, flips are not allowed. Children’s Safety depends upon you. Your personal supervision is required. The lessee of the inflatable unit, the Safety of all riders is your responsibility. Absolutely no "Silly String", gum, candy, food, drinks, animals, shoes, sharp objects or other sticky substances are allow in the Inflatable unit. If upon pick up, such cleaning is required then a $30.00-$50.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically impose

DO NOT MOVE the Inflatable unit from the place where it was set-up.  Rental units that are set up on hard surfaces such as concrete must be watch. If the Inflatable unit moves, pull the corner back to its original location of installation. (If the equipment moves off the provided tarp, damage or staining may occur on the bottom of the unit).

CAUTION:  Keep the Inflatable unit away from swimming pools.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: The Inflatable unit's equipment is reliable. Should the Inflatable unit begin to deflate? Please remain calm! You will have ample time to help your patrons quickly and safely exit the inflatable.  This situation tends to cause panic, unless the operator stays calm and relaxed.  Talk calmly to those inside the unit telling them not to panic while you are helping them out.
If the Inflatable begins to lose air, assist all the riders from the Inflatable and deflate it. If the motor stopped in which case, check the cord connection at the outlet near the motor,   (stronger outlets are in the kitchen and laundry room). If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check tube at the back of the Inflatable unit for snugness; re-tie if necessary and check to see that inflatable is not rip. If you cannot correct the problem, do not attempt to continue to operate the Inflatable call High 5 Jumps at 805-488-9312 or Cell phone: 805-427-4366. Write down any details you observed and turn this report to High 5 Jumps.

NEGLIGENCE OR ABUSE: Lessee agrees to b responsible for ANY damage to Inflatable rental equipment, if damage incurred while the equipment is in the possession of the Lessee. All damages fees vary
Cancellations: To cancel your order, please call us one week ahead of time. This will allow us to rent the inflatable out to someone else. If you decide to cancel your order once the driver has arrived at the delivery location or if driver is already on the way, there will be a $30 plus any other fees high 5 jumps has incurred.
Rain/High Winds: If it is raining on the day of the event, we will not delivery your inflatable. We will call you in the morning and cancel your order. If it is a cloudy day and there is a slight chance of rain or high winds we will call you in the morning of the event before the driver leaves the warehouse. At that time, you can keep your order or cancel it. If you give us the go ahead, we will deliver the inflatable and set it up. If it starts raining or winds pick up, there will be No Refunds.

Reason: The two main reasons we do not deliver on rainy/high winds days is that first, it is not safe for kids. Second, when the inflatable unit gets wet it is very hard to clean and dry it. It costs us more money (to dry the unit) than what we charge to rent the unit out. So common sense says if you are renting it out for $70 and it is costing you $100, if it stays under the rain, then do not rent it out. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but it is out of our hands.

CHARGES/PAYMENTS: We do not require a deposit, but if you would like to pay ahead of time, we can arrange for that.  The balance is COD (cash/on delivery). If otherwise discussed, the price we quote includes delivery, setup, pick-up, and tax. If there are obstacles, i.e. stairs, steep hill the drivers has to go through to set the unit up, there will be an additional charge.  Please let us know when placing an order if there are such circumstances. Please be aware that there is a $30.00 inconvenience charge for returned checks

Delivery/Pick up:  The driver will set the unit up wherever you like. If the driver feels it is not a good or safe place to set up the unit then he will not set up there mainly because there might be objects around it that will damage the inflatable. It is the driver’s responsibility to set up the inflatable and pick it back up. It is also the driver’s responsibility to make sure the inflatable unit is properly set-up and staked down. Before signing your rental agreement, please make sure to inspect the unit. Check to see if the inflated unit is the unit you requested, is it properly setup, and if there are any damages on the unit. Lessee grants lesser right to enter the property at the said street address for the delivery and subsequent pick up of the Inflatable unit at the specified time. Please allow for a 3 hr window for pick up of equipment. Customer is responsible for all equipment until our driver picks it up.

Damage: We do not offer damage insurance. We have not had a problem in the past where the customer damaged an inflatable. Normally nothing will happen to the inflatable. If you damage the inflatable, whether intentionally or by accident, we will advice you of how much repair costs are and you will need to pay for it.

Reliability: When a customer places an order, we will deliver the order as requested. A customer’s order will not be lost or cancelled without the customer’s knowing. Someone from our office will call to confirm the order on either Thursday or Friday of the week of the rental date.
